2007 Zinfandel
Dry Creek Valley
Treborce Vineyard
Does eat oats and goats eat oats but the Dark Horse eats the competition. Let the little lambs eat whatever they want. Our 2005 Zinfandel was in the winner's circle and our 2006 is crossing to the lead for this vintage. Rich in jammy black cherry, intense wild berry, smoke and licorice. It has cinnamon and clove aromas followed by both white and cracked black pepper. An odds-on favorite to please.

2008 Gunfighter "Third Notch" Sonoma County Red Wine
The Gunfighter Third Notch is a delicious blend of Zinfandel (60%), Syrah (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). Gotcha, that would be 110%, but this wine delivers that much in quality and value. The Syrah gives this wine a rich, smoky backbone while the Zinfandel jumps in with blueberry and red fruit flavors. Cabernet Sauvignon adds another dimension of deep fruit and soft tannins that make the finish long and lasting. Enjoy this wine with whatever you throw on the BBQ.
$20 bottle/ $240 case
(wine club price: $16 btl/ $192. case)

2007 Peacemaker Cabernet Sauvignon
Diamond Mountain District, Napa Valley
This is what Cabernet is all about! It is a big, bold wine with intense fruit, a full body and a long smooth finish. The 2007 vintage offers lush blackberry, anise and cherry at the beginning, with hints of clove layered through out. Yeehaa!!! Pop this baby open and drink up.
The grapes for our Peacemaker Diamond Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon are grown on the spectacular Constant-Diamond Mountain Vineyard, which rises to 2200 feet elevation above the Napa Valley floor. The vineyards nestle on a northeastern slope, where mornings are typically brisk and fog-free, while northwesterly winds continue to cool the vineyard throughout the growing season. This unique mountain vineyard site provides a variety of soils, superior sun exposure, and nighttime coolingproducing small, intense, full-flavored berries.
